This service is managed by the Licensing Division of the Ministry of Works and Transport and is available to registered vehicle owners, financial institutions, and authorized third parties.

Valid Driver’s Permit or ID

Certified Copy of Ownership (if available)

How to Apply for a Certified Copy

Step 1: Download or Collect the Application Form

Visit the Certified Copies service page to download the form, or pick up a physical copy at your nearest Licensing Office.

Step 2: Prepare Supporting Documents

Gather the required documents:

Valid Driver’s Permit or National ID

Certified Copy of Ownership (if available)

Authorization letter (if applying on behalf of the vehicle owner)

Company documents (for business or institutional requests)

Step 3: Submit Your Application In Person

Take the completed form and supporting documents to a Licensing Office. Be sure to request a receipt upon submission.

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

Pay the fee of $100 TTD at the cashier. Keep your receipt as proof of payment.

Step 5: Collect Your Certified Copy

Return on the date provided by the Licensing Office to collect your official certified copy.
