The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is committed to maintaining and improving its housing estates, ensuring that all residents live in safe, comfortable, and sustainable environments. Through the Estate Management Division, the HDC provides preventative, routine, emergency, and vacancy preparation maintenance to prevent deterioration and maintain high living standards.
Daily inspections of grounds, fencing, flood catch basins, and elevators.
Weekly checks on fire alarms, emergency generators, and service areas.
Quarterly and annual building inspections and equipment servicing.
How It Works?
HDC allocates vacant lots within developments for small contractors.
Contractors are given the opportunity to construct homes and gain valuable business experience.
Immediate response to:
Fires, broken water lines, gas leaks, and sewage issues.
Locked-out residents or unsecured entry doors/windows.
After-hours emergency procedures available.
Inspections after tenants vacate a unit.
Repairs, cleaning, and damage assessments for move-in readiness.
Pre-occupancy inspections with new residents.
Non-urgent repair and upkeep requests handled through HDC’s call center and Yardi Property Management System.
Scheduled work orders based on type of issue and required skills.
